XERO
We are integrated with the XERO accounting platform.
Before Getting started!
Ensure the following global one-time setup configurations are properly set up. These settings apply to all stores.
- Ensure all ledger accounts are correctly created under Accounts → Chart of Accounts.
- Verify that all account mappings for various payment media, sales channels, etc. are properly set up under Accounts → Configurations.
Accounts Mapping
Map your COA BTill accounts to your store’s corresponding XERO account details, including XERO account codes, descriptions, tax rates, tracking name 1, tracking option 1, tracking name 2, and tracking option 2.
Minimum Required XERO Account Configuration
Ensure that, at a minimum, XERO accounts are configured for the following COA accounts. However, for cash clearing, only the "System Cash" account or (Cash Banked & Sales Over/(Under)) accounts need to be mapped.

Please note that missing any of these accounts may result in the report not balancing.
Connecting to XERO
To connect to XERO, navigate to Integrations -> XERO, select your store, and click "Connect XERO." This will redirect you to XERO’s login page. Log in with your credentials, and upon successful authentication, your XERO account will be displayed as connected in the admin panel.
Sync History
We have an auto-sync functionality where, every day, the XERO journal for connected stores is automatically synced to XERO. In the Sync tab, you can view the history of all auto-syncs as well as any manual syncs that have been performed.
Under the “Sync” tab:
- You have the option to manually sync for a selected date.
- Export to CSV: You can export data as a CSV file for a selected date range.
- You can view the sync history with status updates.
Disconnect XERO
If needed, you can disconnect XERO at any time by clicking "Disconnect XERO."
Settings
You can configure email IDs to receive alerts if the auto-sync fails for any reason.
