Email Settings

Global-level email alerts can be configured here for events such as Order Sync Failed, Customer Delete, Push Notification Failed, Account Modification, EOD Summary Email, etc. These alerts will be sent to the configured email IDs, regardless of the store.

A predefined set of modules will be listed for which we can set mail id for sending email notifications.

Email settings for modules

The desired mail id to set for sending notification can be selected from the list of registered Admin users. New mail ids can also be added if needed.

Multiple Email settings

Multiple email id can be selected for sending notification.

Email Settings for Products

When "Auto stock" status update gets failed, email will be sent to the added email id, multiple email ids can be selected.

Email Settings for PL & BS File

If the store did not upload the reports by the configured day of the month, an alert should be generated.
