Keypad

User can manage templates so that he can customize the view of products in POS sales window

List keypad templates

Name of template, mapped stores (if any), edit, clone and delete option will be listed here. User will be navigated to template detail upon clicking on the arrow sign on its right.

In keypad list, the default global keypad (keypad automatically taken for the store if no other keypad is already assigned to that store) is marked as “Default”.

The mapped stores for the respective keypad will be displayed. User can map or unmap stores to the keypad by clicking on "Edit Stores" button. User can also edit the keypad template.

Create keypad template

User can create new keypad template in either image view or text view. We can create groups/custom categories and add products to it. Here, the same product can be added to different categories, also products from different categories can be added to create a Group/custom category.

  • While creating a new keypad, you will get a blank one. User can create groups and drag products from the list on the right side and drop them into the desired group/custom category.

Click on +Template

  • When we hover over the groups, a tool appears to drag and rearrange them. In the POS, the categories/groups will be displayed based on this order.

Desired products can be dragged with their image view.

Template text view

Desired products can be dragged with their text view. Products' alias name will be displayed as the product name.

Keypad template can be selected from store settings also.

This is a global setting applicable to all stores, determining whether products are displayed as images or text in all POS terminals. It also defines whether the set keypad template should be used or if a dynamic keypad should be used across all terminals.
