Customers

All customers added to the system can be managed from this admin-panel.

List all customers

Name*	Name of the customer.
Email*	Email id of the customer
Phone Number*	Phone number of the customer
Date of Birth*	Date of Birth of the customer
Gender*	Gender - Male/Female/Other - of the customer
Status*	Active/Inactive status of the customer

Customers can be deleted from listing. Customer details can be exported in excel format. Using column option, we can hide/unhide fields of the listing.

Add new customer

New customer can be added by entering the basic details. Customer active/inactive status can be set here. Opt-in checkbox is checked to ensure whether the customer needs to receive notifications. If the customer already has a ViP membership card, its verification code and member number can be entered. Also the business details of the customer can also be entered here.

Business user

While adding customer, if "Business User" is enabled, this customer account is considered as a business account. In such cases the client account assosiated with this account will show the business address in all places.

Basic details

Admin can view and edit customer's basic details

Transaction history

All transactions done by the customer specifying the date & time of transaction, order number, payment media, amount of each transaction, status (Completed, cancelled, refunded, partially refunded, On hold) of each transaction will be listed here.

Purchased products

The details of products purchased by the customer in various transaction specifying name of the product purchased, the transaction count in which a product is purchased, total amount spent for that particular product and the product count will be displayed here.

Client Account

Client account transaction details done by the customer in various stores specifying the credit limit, due amount and client account active/inactive status will be displayed here. Individual store's client account details of that customer can be viewed by navigating to respective client accounts.

Loyalty cards

Loyalty card transaction details done by the customer in various card types (Sponsorship group type and customer type) specifying the Barcode, ViP points and loyalty card active/inactive status will be displayed here. Individual loyalty card details of that customer can be viewed by navigating to respective card types.
