Loyalty Cards
Card Types
Mainly two types of loyalty cards: "Customer" and Sponsorship group" type.
"Customer" type card
This is the default loyalty card generated for each registered customer. When a new customer is added from admin panel or from POS, a customer type loyalty cards is auto-generated. Only verified customers can redeem his points. If phone or email is verified, the customer is considered verified.
"Sponsorship group" type cards
These cards are given to previleged customers who are part of sponsorship groups. In a sponsorship group, we have an owner and its members. Member or owner in the group can purchase product and uses the sponsorship card to accumulate points. But, only the owner of the group can redeem the points in the card.
For each type, admin can manage its point accumulation percentage and the list of products that will be included for loyalty point accumulation.
Account details of the card types can be added and removed.
Cards
Under the cards tab, we can view and manage all cards.
Details of a card
Basic details
Card's basic details such as Barcode, Member number, verification code, card type, active/inactive status, customer verfification details and point details will be displayed.
User can also adjust(increase or decrease) the points for the card.
Card's point transactions
List of all transactions of the card. Transaction details such as transaction date & time, store, point accumulated, point redeemed and purchase amount will be listed here.
Point history of all cards
Here we have the list of all transactions done using all loyalty cards. Can also view the details of a transaction.
Groups / Sponsorship Groups
List all groups

| Owner | Owner for the group. Should be registered customer. Only the owner can redeem points. |

| Status | Active/Inactive status of the card |
| Last Used Date | The date in which card was used for last |
Create a new group
| Group Name | Name for the group. |
| Owner | Owner for the group. Should be resitered customer. Only the owner can redeem points. |
| Owner barcode | Barcode for the owner card. |
| Member number | Optional. If left empty will be auto-generated. |
| Verification code | Optional. If left empty will be auto-generated. |
| Stores | Stores where the card can be used. If not selected, all stores are applicable. |
| Status | Active/Inactive Status of card. |
| Starting points | The staring points given to the card during card creation |
| Card type | Sponsorship card. |
| Multiplier | Purchase point % of the group will “multiplier % times the card type’s %", i.e if 10% is the sponsorship-card type %, then 100% of 10% i.e 10% itself will be the group's accumulation %. |
Group's Detail
Under group's detail, we have the basic details, point configurations, members list, and transactions.
Upload group members
Groups members can be added and deleted from here. There is an option to upload multiple members using csv file. One of the member can be assigned as owner.
Group transactions
Transaction details of the group along with transation type will be listed here.
