Create New Coupon
Steps to create coupons:
-
Click on the Add Coupon button.
-
Provide Coupon details, description and Image.
-
Set Show promotion in coupon-listing.
When enabled, the coupon will appear in the coupon listing on the POS and Ordering platforms, allowing customers to apply it directly from this listing. If disabled, the coupon will not be visible in the listing, but customers can still apply it using the coupon code. Default will be enabled/active.
For coupons with "Number of Coupons" greater than 1 (i.e cases with multiple coupon-codes), the "Show Promotion in Coupon Listing" option will remain disabled. This is because it cannot be determined which specific coupon-code would be used if applied from the coupon listing.
-
Set coupon's Date & Time.
-
Start Date & End Date: Starting and Ending dates for coupon. When these are set, the coupon will be available for that date range.

Add coupon rule to the coupon & Click on Save
During coupon creation we can either add existing coupon rule(s) or we can create new coupon rule and add it. Coupon rules are added here so that coupons can be availed only if the condition(s) set in the rules are true. Atleast one coupon rule should be added to a coupon.
Publish a coupon
When a coupon is initially created, its status will be set to "Draft." The admin can later publish the coupon, and once published, the coupon will become available for use in POS and the Ordering platform.
Pause/Play a coupon
Admins can pause or activate a coupon from the coupon list or its detail page. In paused status, the coupon will not be available for use in POS or online ordering. Only active (or played) coupon will be available to use.
Copy a coupon
User can copy a coupon and create a new one as its replica.
