Client Accounts
Client accounts for customers, under the store, are managed fom here.
List all client accounts
Here we have list of all client accounts under the store.
Add new client account(s)
Admin can add one or more client accounts for the store along with configurations credit limit, restrict limit and settlement frequency.

Opening Credit/Carry Forward | While creating a new client account, admin can add "Opening credit" if there is some old unsettled credit and admin wants to migrate the account to BTill POS. For an already existing customer, it will be the carry forward balance from the last bill cycle. |
Maximum Credit Amount | Set a maximum credit limit. |
Restrict credit | Whether or not to stop purchase through client account once maximum credit is reached, until account is settled. |
Settlement frequency | Frequency in days, weeks, or months at which account will be settled. |
Account Status | Active/Inactive |
In below example we are creating two client accounts under store with credit limit 1000 dollars with restrict credit enabled. In case one of these customer has reached 1000 dollar credit, then he needs to settle it to buy any more using credit(as restrict credit is enabled.) Also here we have settlement frequency set to first Monday, after every 3 weeks. According to the settlement frequency, customer will get email notification with account statement.
Admin can view and update a client account.
Creating new customers
While adding a client account, after searching if the customer is not found, the admin can create a new customer from here, and then add client account for this customer.
Client account details
Admin can view the client account details and update it from here. Here we have account transactions as well.
Make Settlement
Client account can be settled from store admin panel.
We can make settlement by any of the payment media such as cash, bank transfer, cheque or EFT/Card payment. The settlement can be done by paying the whole amount at once or by selecting some of the transactions and settle those transactions alone.
