Manage Users
Admin user, with right permission, can manage all registered store users from here.
List all store users
All the store users are listed here.
Current logged-in user will also be listed here so that he can edit his own user details.
Send invite to new user
In order to add a new user to admin panel, email invite is send to the user's email address.
| Email* | Email invite will be send to this emial id. Later on, user will be using this email to login into the admin panel. |

User details
From the list of admin users, user can view and update following details of a user.
- Basic details like name, phone, email, timezone, user activation etc
- Roles assigned to the user
- Security informations of the user such as user password reset option and terminal pincode and reset option
- Manage user favourites

Manage roles assigned to user
List all roles assigned to user.
All the roles assigned to the user will be listed here.
Add one or more roles to user.
Further more roles can be added to the user.
Remove a role from user.
Admin user can also remove a role from the list of assigned roles.
Security info of the user
Reset user password
Admin user can reset a user's password if the password is forgotten, or if the user gets locked out of a device.
- Go to Users->Manage users
- Select the user that needs the reset
- Go to Security tab
- Click Reset Password. Now a temporary password is auto-generated for the user.
- Copy the password and give it to the user.
The user will be required to change the password during the next sign-in process. The temporary password will also be mailed to user's registered email id.
View and reset user pincode
Pincode is used to log into POS. Each user will have a unique pincode(auto-generated). He can use this to log into all the stores assigned to him.
From Users->Manage Users->Security tab, admin can view and reset pincode of another store user.
Once a pincode is reset, the new pincode is displayed and mailed to the user.
Manage favourite groups for the user.
POS favourites groups, its order and products can be managed from here.
