Add Customer To Cart

Existing Customer

When doing a sale, the staff can add a customer directly from the cart. By default, if no customer is selected, the customer will be set as 'Guest'.

Click the 'Change' button, search for an existing customer by name, business-name or member-type loyalty-card number, choose the sale type and its related fields, then click 'OK'. Customer with client account can also be added.

While selecting a customer, choose the sale type, such as Dine-In, Takeaway, Pick-Up, Delivery, Drive-Through etc. Depending on the selected sale type, additional details may need to be provided. Default will be "Dine-In".

For Delivery type of sales, delivery charge, if any, can be added to the order. These delivery charges are configured from admin panel.

You can also create a new customer by clicking the 'Change' button and selecting the '+Customer' button.

Enter the customer details and click the 'Save' button to store the information. Afterward, you can proceed with the order by selecting the appropriate sale type and related fields.

Additional options while customer creation

  • Opt-in : If this button is enabled, promotions will be sent as notifications.

  • Do you have a loyalty card : If the customer holds a loyalty card before registration, you can enter the details here, provided the option is enabled.
