Favourites

We can create product groups and form favorite groups. These groups can be utilized in POS instead of the MENU tab.

Favorites can be created and managed both from the admin panel and the POS app.

Manage Favourites from POS App

Click on the user profile button on the sale screen and then select 'Manage Favorites'.

To create a new favorite group, enter the group name in the provided box and click on the 'ADD' button. The favorite group will be created. Users can edit the group name by clicking on the edit icon.

The order of favorite groups can be adjusted according to user convenience. Use the arrow keys to change the order.

Add products to favourite groups

Click on the favorite group and then select the '+' button in the top right corner.

A popup with available products will appear. Click on the required products, and they will be added to the group.

Remove products from favourites group

To remove a product from the favorite group, click on the respective product, and then click on the delete icon in the right corner.

View Favourites

To view the favorite groups and products, click on the 'Favorites Button' on the home screen.

Favorites created by the admin panel and assigned to stores cannot be modified by the user.
