Supported Payment Medias
Currently system supports following payment medias:
- Cash: Direct cash payments for transactions.
- Card: Payments: Credit and debit card payments.
- Points: Allow customers to redeem loyalty points for purchases.
- Client Account: Payments using credit(client account).
- Gift Card: payment using a valid gift card.
Payments using Cash
To process a cash payment, click the 'Cash' button at the bottom of the sales window. Then from the cash window, enter the tendered cash amount. The system will automatically calculate and display the change. Verify the amount and click 'OK'.
Payments using Quick cash
For a quick cash payment, you will find the exact amount on the button of the sales window. If no change is needed, this payment option is quite fast and handy.
Payments using Card
To complete a payment using a card, click the 'EFTPOS' button located at the bottom of the sales window.
Payments using Loyalty Points
Payments can also be made using Loyalty points, which can be from either the default member-type card or a sponsorship card (owner card). The dollar amount of available VIP points on the customer's default member card is displayed next to the customer's name.
To use points from a sponsorship card for a purchase, the owner card is required, as only the owner card can redeem points, not the other normal cards within the sponsorship group.
Upon selecting "Points" as the payment method, the loyalty window will open. Enter or scan the loyalty card barcode in the provided field and click the 'OK' button.
Split Payments
This feature allows payment using a combination of one or more methods. In addition to cash, points, and card, other payment options are available from the split window. To open the split window, click the 'Split' button.
Each payment method can be added by selecting the desired payment method from the split window and then clicking 'Add'. Similarly, multiple payment methods can be added. Once all methods are selected, click 'Settle' to complete the order.
Payments using Credit (client accounts)
First, select the client account as the customer. Then from split window, choose 'Client Account' from the list of available payment methods
A customer must have a client account to make a payment through credit.
Payments using Gift Card
Initially, the customer needs to have a valid gift card with sufficient balance. Then, from the split window, they can select the "Gift Card" option. Upon selecting it, the gift card window will open, allowing you to scan or enter the gift card barcode.
