Add Stock

Users can add stock for products in their store by navigating to the Products tab and clicking on the + Add Stock button next to the corresponding product.

To add stock click on the Add stock button

A pop-up will appear to enter the stock value. Input the desired value and click OK.

Click to increase or decrease the number of Stock

The adjusted stock will be displayed

Clear stock at midnight

Products in a store, whose stock needs to be reset/cleared, can be configured from here. If this option is enabled, the stock will be reset to zero at midnight each day, making the stock zero the following day. Clearing stock at midnight

Sold out

Products can be marked as Sold Out based on requirements. To do so, simply toggle the status button of the product to Off. A sold-out product will display a Sold Out tag in the sales window; however, staff can still do sales for it through the POS App if necessary. On the other hand, a sold-out product will not be available for sale on online ordering platforms or other third-party sales channels.

Toggle the status button to inactive mode

Three ways to mark a product as sold-out

  1. Sold-out for Today
  2. Sold-out for 1 Hour
  3. Sold-out for Idefinitely
  4. Sold-out until

click the 'Mark as Sold Out' button to make the product Sold-out

The given product will be marked as sold out and it will be reflected in the sale window.

Sold-out product will be marked as dold out
